Justin & Shelbey’s wedding on Saturday, May 26 was such a gorgeous day. They were married at Morningside Park in Holland, MI by Justin’s Dad while surrounded by their closest family & friends. The way that they looked at each other while Shelbey walked down the aisle and they saw each other for the first time that day was so beautiful.
After a gorgeous ceremony we all gathered together at the Doubletree Hotel to celebrate alongside them. It was a night full of dancing, donuts, gorgeous sunset photos, pizza (yum!), and a whole lot of love. As I was watching the first dances it was hard to not get a little teary eyed with how much beautiful emotion I saw. Those moments are just so special and its such an honor to watch.
Another part of their day was that the pearl necklace Shelbey wore was the one her Grandpa gave to her Grandma on the day they got married. Also, Shelbey’s Grandpas watch was made into a necklace which she had attached to her bouquet. Those personal, sentimental pieces are what really make a wedding day shine.
