I met with Justin & Shelbey at Riley Trails in Holland, MI to kick off their fun engagement session! From there, we stopped by this cool building by the little airport that Shelbey has always loved & wanted to do photos in front of. Then, we ended the night along lake macatawa to let lanterns go and light some sparklers! Sending off lanterns into the sky is something that Shelbey & Justin love to do together, so I am glad we were able to incorporate that into their session. Also, I just really love sparklers, so I couldn’t think of a more fun way to end a session!
Working with them was so enjoyable and I am pretty sure we giggled through a majority of our time together. Recently I got some prompt cards to use during shoots and I was able to give them a try with them. It’s very important to me that my couples really enjoy our time together and have a good time. Hopefully that is reflected here in their photos.
