Joel & Nicole’s Grand Rapids wedding was on a sunny, but chilly, March day. The sun may have been shining but the air was definitely brisk. With all of the snow we had late in the season though, we were all just excited that it wasn’t snowing out! I loved the orange bridesmaid dresses and the beautiful floral arrangements with pops of that same beautiful orange. Another thing I loved was that they had colorful kazoos for when they excited the church. It was unique and something I haven’t seen done before! Also, they had crossword puzzles and word searches at the reception for guests to do. I think its always fun to have something a little different to help keep guests entertained while they wait for the bridal party to arrive or to do through out the night.
Working with Joel & Nicole was so much fun. Joel has such a goofy & fun personality while Nicole is incredibly sweet & kind. The bridal party was an absolute blast as well! They were such troopers in powering through some chilly temperatures. Then on top of all of the other amazingness of the day, add in a cute flower girl that was just tearing up the dance floor. It was simply an amazing day and I am so excited to share this day!
