James & Kaylie :: Married

James & Kaylie were married on a gorgeous September day in West Olive, MI. It was just a little bit breezy with a nice cloud cover and perfect temperatures! I really have enjoyed working with James & Kaylie throughout their whole wedding process. They are both so very kind and their families were so much fun to be around as well! I love it when working with families on a wedding day that I feel like I am just a member of their family as well.

For their first look James & Kaylie decided to go up into the bell tower of the District 5 Schoolhouse where their reception was being held. Kaylie and I talked about this during our pre-wedding meeting but I didn’t fully grasp what would be happening until we were about the climb up into that tower. The entrance up there was so small and it was so crazy climbing up the ladder to get to the top, but it was so very worth it once we made it up there! Such a unique and beautiful spot to do a first look!

This wedding was just so beautiful and I am so excited to share some of my favorite moments with you. I set this blog up a little bit different with the layout and images so let me know what you think of the new layout!
