Earlier in September I worked with Great Lakes Wedding Gown Specialists on a styled shoot including real brides they worked with this past year. Each bride in this shoot wore the dress they are wearing in this shoot to their own wedding. Each dress was worn by their Mom or Grandma or both and was restyled by Tami & Sherry to fit the current bride. Their work is stunning!
One bride had to have several inches added to her dress because her Mom was quite a bit shorter than she was. Each of these dresses had things added or taken away to help fit their own style while preserving the dress worn by the person before them. The care that they take to help recreate these dresses is incredible! This shoot was so much fun and I am so excited I had the opportunity to photograph these beautiful brides and their stunning restyled vintage dresses. A huge thanks to Spring Sweet for providing the floral arrangements for this shoot. They matched with the dresses perfectly!
