In honor of Brent & Ashley’s wedding anniversary today I figured it was appropriate to share the blog post of Foster, their adorable sons, newborn session! I have had the joy of photographing Brent & Ashley’s engagement session, their wedding day, and now their son. They are such good friends of mine and it means so much to be able to document these huge moments in their lives. My husband is Foster’s godfather and we are so excited to be able to watch him grow. I am excited to hopefully take many more photos of him in the future.

He didn’t want to sleep right away, and definitely fought it for quite some time but once he did it was amazing! When your Dad is an MSU graduate and a huge MSU fan it is pretty mandatory to do some State related photos. The cool sparty light they have in their basement made for the perfect backdrop. Also, when your Mom is a huge Harry Potter fan, its pretty important to get some Harry Potter themed photos as well. It was so fun to be able to incorporate each of the parents interests!

This newborn session was just so special and I am very excited to share some favorites with you! Enjoy
