Last week Friday was one of those fun Michigan weather days where you just weren’t sure what the weather was going to do. It was humid and storms were popping up randomly through out the day, which made it tough to decide on whether or not we would be able to get Ashleigh & Josh’s engagement session done. Thankfully we just decided to go for it and the rain held off just long enough for us.
Ashleigh & Josh are both firefighters for the Overisel Township Fire Dept so we started out their engagement session by doing some photos at the Fire Station. I really loved being able to photograph them in a place that is such an important part of their lives. After the fire station we headed to a near by neighbors house and were able to capture some photos there with Josh’s dog as well! This session was so great, full of various different elements that were special to them as a couple.
I loved getting to know Josh & Ashleigh better during their engagement session and I am really looking forward to their October wedding! Please enjoy this preview of their adorable session!
